Ingredients:
Salt, Corn Flour, Fennel, Star Anise, Galangal, Cinnamon, Fagara, Cardamom, Sugar, Spices, Permitted Food Enhancers.
Method of Cooking:
1. Rub spices over dry chicken.
2. Pre-heat oven for 5 mins. Place chicken with skin face up on tray. Roast for 15 mins. Turn chicken and roast for another 10 mins. Serve hot.
