Ingredients:
Agar-Agar Powder contains permitted food conditioners and permitted foods colour substance E124.
Directions:
Mix 1 packet of Swallow Globe Agar-Agar Powder with 250g of fine sugar. Pour the mixture into 1 litre of cool water and stir evenly.
Cook the solutions with low heat until it boils. Pour the solution into moulds and allow it to cool. Put into the refrigerator for 1/2 hour and serve chilled.
