Ingredients:
Onion, Water, Soybean Oil, Lemongrass, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Coriander, Garlic, Modified Starch, Spices, Cumin Seed, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Lime Leaves, Cinnamon, Galangal, Turmeric, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator.
Cooking Suggestion:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add 1/2 bottle of WOH HUP Indonesian Rendang Curry Paste, 50ml coconut milk, 2tbsp desiccated coconut and 500ml water. Boil then lower heat, stir and simmer till the meat is tender and gravy almost dry.
Garnish with red chilli strips. Serve hot with rice. Beef can be replaced by chicken or lamb.
